1. Track Your Order
Log into your account and select “Track Order” to see the status of your delivery. Your order will be delivered by the Estimated Delivery Date specified in your Payment or Order Confirmation email.2. Reschedule Your Delivery
Need to change your delivery schedule? You can reschedule your delivery if your order is eligible. Follow the instructions to check your options.3. Change Your Delivery Address
Once you’ve placed an order, updating the delivery address is not possible online. If you can’t receive your order at the original address, you may reschedule the delivery date (subject to eligibility). Please contact us for assistance.4. Delivery Options & Time Frames
Choose between collecting your order at a Takealot Pickup Point or having it delivered anywhere in South Africa. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the products you’ve ordered, and the selected delivery method.5. Next Business Day Delivery
During checkout, you may see an option for next business day delivery if all products in your order meet the necessary criteria.6. Delivery Fees
Orders totaling R650 or more qualify for free standard delivery. For premium delivery options, additional fees may apply based on your preferences.7. Changing from Delivery to Collection
Please note, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be switched from delivery to collection.8. Split Your Order
In some cases, we may split your order, sending in-stock items separately for quicker delivery. If you’d like to request a split delivery or collection at a Takealot Pickup Point, contact us.9. Missing or Incorrect Items
If you find an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.10. International Shipping & Delivery
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. However, we do ship UNISA prescribed textbooks internationally. Contact us for more details.11. Why Is My Order Taking Longer?
You can wait for your full order to arrive on the estimated delivery date, or choose to split your order, receiving items as they become available.12. Receiving an Extra Item
